INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY

Kajima Czech Design and Construction s.r.o. is a leading construction contractor specializing in industrial and logistics facilities, as well as commercial and office buildings.

Kajima Czech Design and Construction s.r.o. has implemented and continuously develops its Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with the following international standards:

  • ČSN EN ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System
  • ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 – Environmental Management System
  • ČSN ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health and Safety Management System

These standards provide a robust framework for managing quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety—core pillars of our corporate culture.

Ethics, Anti-Corruption Measures, and Gift Policy

In line with our commitment to responsible and transparent business practices, we have implemented an Anti-Corruption Policy and Rules for the Acceptance and Offering of Gifts, which form an integral part of our management system. These rules are designed to prevent unlawful or unethical conduct, especially bribery, conflicts of interest, and improper influence.

Kajima Czech Design and Construction s.r.o.:

  • Maintains a strict prohibition on all forms of corruption and bribery, whether in the public or private sector.
  • Establishes clear and binding rules of conduct for all employees concerning the acceptance and offering of gifts, hospitality, and other benefits
  • Ensures that all business relationships are conducted transparently, fairly, and in full compliance with applicable laws
  • Provides regular training to employees on compliance, ethics, and responsible conduct

As part of our compliance structure, an internal whistleblowing mechanism has been established to facilitate the secure and confidential reporting of any potential violations of law or ethical standards. This system is accessible to all employees and fully complies with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers.

By doing so, we cultivate a culture of trust, accountability, and integrity — the foundation for long-term sustainable growth and a strong corporate reputation.
